In order to assure the complete processing and recording of any transactions by the Recorder of Deeds office it has become necessary to close the reception of any document by this office at 3:45 p.m. This change has become necessary because of an influx of late filings prior to Court ordered 4: p.m. closing of the Courthouse.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but a greater inconvenience will be caused if this office fails to record your document accurately.

Therefore, all documents to be recorded by the Recorder of Deeds office must be received by 3:45 p.m.
